Tour Executive

Job description

Candidate is expected to help in organizing the tour program for Inbound ,International and Domestic Travelers. Prepare plan and guide them on different packages, places, and suggest activities and sites within Kokan region.

Roles Responsibilities

Design itinerary, Costing, Communication to the clients, Coordinate for rates, bookings, Preparation of travel related documents including ticket & vouchers, Meet & greet client. Follow up & feedback from guest, Handling payments & raise invoices

Desired Candidate Profile
Education– All Streams
UG: Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate, Post Graduation Not Required
Excellent Personality and Communication Skills
The candidate should be from the Tour Company with excellent verbal & written communication. He should be able to do costing and quotation of FIT & GIT independently and able to take care of operations.
Proper knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
